Today I want to talk about MAC! Yeah, I know, everyone swears by it and they are not wrong its ONE of the BEST cosmetics in the market.
Foundation
The powder pigments create a matte, velvety texture. It contains silica, which helps to maintain a matte finish by absorbing oils on the skin, as well as talc to provide a smoother, less reflective, matte finish. Just skip the fluid and go for this Studio Fix alone. Gives the best even coverage and makes skin look flawless. Its best when applied with brush (I love to use MAC Kabuki 180). It comes with a sponge applicator but never use it unless you know will be getting very greasy.
(Tip: I Use NC42 and NC44 for most of my Indian Clients, NC25 is popular for most of my UK and US clients, and NC30 and NC35 is best for my Asian clients. Use a brush to match your shade on your jawline and right match should blend in your skin perfectly.)
Concealer
MAC Studio Fix Concealer
Description
Studio Fix Concealer is one of the best Concealer I have come across, so far. Easy to apply and it blends really well onto the skin. It provides great coverage to dark circles, blemishes, marks, discoloration, pigmentation etc. Makes the skin look flawless!

This comes with a tube built-indoe-foot applicator and goes on exactly where you want it and this truly is a luxuriously blendable moisturizing concealer, a skin perfecter. It blends very easily and is best for under-eyes, around the mouth and nose area. It provides soft and natural camouflage. I like to use it with the 194 concealer brush.

MAC Mineralize Satin Finish Foundation/Powder with SPF 15
Description
This is a fluid foundation blends a smooth satin finish with the natural light-reflecting properties of micro-minerals. It give a low-to-medium build-able coverage with a slightly glowing look. Its packed with vitamins A, C and E to moisturize and condition the skin. Plus this is a big + it has SPF15 sunscreen, as we age skin is get damaged with sun and we get pigmentation so wearing a foundation with sunblock is must. (I'll do another post on sunscreen and skin protection)

I am able to match most of my clients very well, I personally like to that I can use this also for contouring by using a darker shade.

Lipstick
Demi-sheer with wet-look luster finish. Very slick it makes lips look soft, smooth, ultra-moist. Coral are IN !! and Sheer by MAC is a perfect shade cross between coral and pink, its finish makes it easy to glide , its very moisturizing and does last for 3 – 4 hrs and leave a good coral stain on lips and has that signature VANILLA scent of MAC, that we all love.
Shades: Sheer, High Tea (picture) Flattering, Composure, Rouge A Levres (Lustre collections), Blankety, Sharp Focus, Diva
Yash: A deep neutral, again looks unfinished without a lip gloss. When lip glossed over it looks almost like a flesh lipless. Wear this lipstick with dark eye makeup . I am found it but this might not be a shade for everyone. (Matte)
Gulabi: A bright fuchsia pink. This is another colour of 2011. (Amplified)Mehr: A creamy dirty blue pink lipstick, it's amazingly close to Cosmo but they have different finish. Mehr is matte and Cosmo is cream sheen. This shade would look good on almost anyone. (Matte)
Mocha: A peachy yellow-brown, part of MAC permanent line. Probably would be a MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade for a lot of girls with Tan complexion. (Satin)
(Tip - Lip liner should always match you own natural lip and fill you lip with lip liner to make you lipstick last longer.)
Bronzer/Blusher
Bronzer
It helps to shape the face, highlights cheek bones and does the trick to hide a double chin. Use a blush brush, apply bronzer in a circular motion to the apples of the cheeks, upper cheekbones, forehead, under chin and nose.
Blusher
Blusher is what balances your eyes and lips, its important to apply blush to give a instant improvement. Technique is simple just smile and apply one of the beautiful blush shades from MAC on your apple of your cheeks and blend well outwards. MAC Blusher are easy to apply and highly pigmented. Blusher will stay put longest if ‘sandwiched’ between foundation and powder
MAC also, has cream blusher, they are good for dry or sun-damaged skin and it all depends on your taste and functionality. To avoid any clown effect, always put cream or liquid blusher into the palm of your hand first, then apply it to your cheek. Dabbed on lightly with the finger and blended immediately. Cream Blusher slides easily over the surface and does not settle in wrinkles, they are perfect to use as highlighters on cheeks to get the glow shine for your face and it also can be used as base for eye shadows.
Powder Blush Shades: Prism, Peaches, Peachykeen and Sheertone shimmer (Sunbasque, Plum Foolery)
Cream Blush Shades: Pearl and Shell
